Shipping Information

Nursery Pickup: If you wish to pick up your seedlings at the nursery, please contact the nursery at least three days in advance. Seedlings not picked up by May 15 will be destroyed.

Delivery: Seedlings will be shipped beginning the first week in December, weather permitting. Delivery will be made to the distribution center serving your county. The county ranger/forester will contact you regarding your order. UPS delivery is available at an additional cost.

Distribution Center: No Charge - NOTE: SHIPMENT WILL NOT BEGIN UNTIL DECEMBER.
Nursery Pickup: No Charge
UPS Delivery: $13.00 per 10 seedlings or $20 per 100 seedlings(Hardwood/Cypress)
$13.00 per 50 seedlings or $22 per 250/500/1000 seedlings(Pine/Cedar) NOTE: UPS SHIPMENT WILL NOT BEGIN UNTIL DECEMBER.

We accept the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard,and American Express.

Cancellations and Refunds

All seedling cancellations must be received in writing by the Seedling Coordinator. Refunds will take 6-8 weeks. Overpayments of $5 or less will not be refunded unless requested. No Cancellations for Bareroot Seedlings after December 31st. No Cancellations for Containerized Seedlings after September 1st. Cancellations cannot be accepted after the seedlings have been shipped from the nursery. The Nursery cannot hold orders over to another planting season, nor can credit be allowed for seedlings that were ordered but not picked up.
