The Division of Forest Resources produces trees for N.C. Landowners. Tree Seedlings cannot be sold to non-N.C. Landowners until the Division of Forest Resources declares a surplus, which is usually around mid-January. For information concerning out-of-state seedlings, call toll free 1-888-NCTREES (628-7337).
